I was able to get a octagon port flat pack from following website:

I have built one octagon port and it looks great. The build was easy. The best part is painting will be easy because the walls can be glued to the back afterwards. Also the square frame allows it to glue into the frame better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
