Progress Update 10-10-12

I got the arm carriers for the bottom utility arm installed.  I hope to be installing the top arm carriers tomorrow.  It's starting to come together.

Also don't forget that R5-4M will be at Milwaukee's Discovery Center on 10/20/12.
